Husband deported
My husband was just deported back to Mexico in April . We have been together for 13 years and married for 10. This has been the 2 nd time he has been deported. He has did nothing wrong other than crossing the border he has been a good father a good provider for our family. I don't think it is fair for my children to be without their father. I have contacted attorneys they say there is nothing they can do for me because this has been his second time being deported. I called immigration and they say they don't care that he has a wife and kids. I think that is pretty sad. Just think about anyone that is a parent how it would affect your children if one of you were yanked out of there life. It is like a death because they know they will never be able to see him. It is just to bad in Mexico to go visit. My kids are 12and the twins are 10 every day they come home from school and ask did you hear anything today and I say no and they just hang their heads. This is really affecting them and it hurts me and then I get mad about it. I could understand if he was a criminal. He is a good guy who is extremely hard working . There are people crossing the border everyday. I'm a us citizen and it's like I have no rights no one will even listen to me no one even cares because it's not effecting them. But I'm sure if they put their self in my shoes they would look at this a little different. I could send money and cross him back but I want to do it right. I never want Ice to show up at 5:00am pounding on my door . Please tell me there is something I can do to get my family back.
