Internet appointment
The calendar to select appointments is blank instead of blocked up. It should show up as blocked.
After confirming the appointment, the attachment sent via email can not be opened. It should be a simple message in the actual text of the email and not an attachment.
This confirmation does not show the actual location to go to.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!! - MUY MAL SERVICIO!!!!
ANSWER THE PHONES!!!!!! CONTESTEN EL TELEFONO!!!!!!
Enough is enough!!!

Answer the phone
It is sad finding out our own people treat us like trash, the service is the worse I have ever received, you receive people my appointment only, but don't answer the phone to make one. The security guard feels he is the God of the embassy threatening people with kicking them out if they don't move in the direction he says. I hope these circumstances change, the burocracy in the Mexican embassy is as bad or worse than requesting any documents directly in the government offices in Mexico City. BAD SERVICE, TOO MUCH CORRUPTION!

Phone and English
I wish someone would answer the damn phone and learn how to speak English and not talk so fast that you cannot understand what they are saying. All I want to know is what documents do we need to take to the appointment to change the name on a house from my father to my mothers name because he passed away.
