What a horrible way to treat the public. The impression conveyed by your telephone messaging system is that you will do anything to avoid talking to a someone seeking information. And judging from the other comments I've read, it appears to be working perfectly.

I have been trying all day to contact the consulate with no hope for a live person to talk to. i need the current Consul General's Name for the event "consular corps of Houston" that is coming up.
Mi esperiencia con el consulado nexicano en Houston fue excelente desde Que Entre al edificio hasta Que sali todas Las personas fueron Muy amables me ayudaron en todo y Muy amigables y con una sonrisa. Mi asombro Fue De Que no podia creer excelente trato. Registro civil Las dos senoras fueron Muy amables you bien profesionales. El guardia De seguridad me condujo a donde tenia Que ir. Mi tiempo De espera Fue una hora desde Que llegue al edificio. Sali bien agradecida con todos y Feliz. Millones degracias Por ayudarme.

Realmente cual es la labor del consulado de mexico en Usa, un fraude, la gente esperamos nos ayuden con los tramites que ofrecen y ala hora de la hora se ríen en nuestras caras negando citas que no hay disponibles x meses,pidiendo hasta la vacuna del perro para sacar la doble ciudadania, prepotencia a más no poder, como se nota que solo ahí pueden sentirse importantes a base de las necesidades de nuestra gente. Por gente como ustedes gente del consulado mexicano es que en este país no nos terminan de aceptar. GENTE SI NO LES GUSTA SU TRABAJO DEJEN EL ESPACIO PARA LA GENTE QUE SI LE GUSTA TRABAJAR BOLA DE GENTE MEDIOCRE.
I called 18776394835 to set up.an appointment, the first few times it went straight to recording stating that they were busy and to call back, on the fith try I got through and within about five minutes I was talking with someone who set my appointment for August, I must admit the person was very heipful and in no rush to get rid of me.
Its ridiculous for yall to be employed in Houston. Take your attitudes and laziness back to Mexico!! No one ever answers your phones no matter what department. Why waste time on listing the different numbers on the web site. Real smart on the automated phone when you push nine for complaints and the phone automatically hangs up. Pura gente floja a collectar checke esta en el Consulado. Lastima que son Mexicanos!!!!
