do I need an appointment to see the Mexican consulate?
Have been calling for the past 2hours and nothing. I need to fly out A.S.A.P
I just called the Fresno office, and a young lady answered on the second ring.
She was extremely polite and helpful in answering my questions regarding my mother in laws passport renewal.
She informed me that the Consulate comes to Bakersfield every Tuesday at 10:30, at the Friendship House at 2424 Cottonwood rd.
Thanks a bunch to the nice/polite young lady in Fresno!!!
I made my appointment, but when I try to get all the requirements down I cant understand a word they say....I can hear everyone in the background...but them...n when they say for English speaker it sends me straight to Spanish...
