Uneducated individuals working the system. If you really want to help actually help. It took forever to make an appointment and when I did and showed up they treated me very bad. Rude people.
Answer the phone or provide a better service. actually hire new people cause obviously you guys can't do your job right!
He tratado de ser una cita por Internet y no me deja. He tratado de llamar ha various numeros que tienen en su pagina de Internet y nadie contesta. Porfavor si tienen esos numeros contesten el telefono. No te nemos tiempo de estar llamando todo el tiempo. El trabajo de ustedes es de contestar y ayudar a los que llaman en un tiempo rasonable para los clientes. Porfavor de ayudar a sus clientes en un tiempo rasobable y justo
Trate de aser una cita via Internet y no se pudo y el numero que marque nunca contestan. Deberian de aser algo mas facil para nuestra jente. Yo que soy cuidadana no pude aser una cita ahora imajinate nuestra jente de otro pais. Solamente que tenga el domicilio del internet equivocado pero no creo yo.

I have called the number that they (Mexican Consulate) has given me to make an appointment for a Mexican passport and it states it is not a working number. I tried going in to apply for a passport and they told me I had to make the appointment over the phone. Well isn't there someone in your office that is making sure things are running like they should? I willing to take on that job.
You need to more helpful to the people that are giving you a job. The people are the only reason you have a job and if it wast for their needs you wouldn't have one. Oooh and also stop treating them like they are garbage cause you are worse
Will They be open on wednsday the 26th of November or the 28th November because of the holidays...plz help

contact them threw FACEBOOK it was way faster than calling the number they provide :)
