We returned from Mexico on Good Friday and no one was at the border to pick up our tourist visas, so we still have them! Is this a problem?

No que si se puede!!!!! Holgazanes. Pido al public que si saben de algun telefono para reporter a estas personas que trabajan en el consulado, que lo pongan para poder hacerlo. Tal vez los podamos echar.

pesimo sercvicio despues de que haces la cita llegas y te tienen parado esperando en una fila hasta que llegue tu turno por li menos 4 horas esperando cuando haces cita
deverian ser profecionales si no para que estan hacienda esto

My passport expires in Oct 2014 and I am traveling to Mexico at the end of April. Will there be any issues or should I have it renewed before I go?
If you are not going to answer the phone at least put the hours of business on web page. Or if someone calls if you don't answer put the hours on there. I don't have time to drive all the way over there and they are closed! Something needs to be done about this matter be more professional about this. I know you are busy but someone needs to get paid just to answer the phone. When i'm at work I have to answer phone by 1st ring even if i'm busy or not! Don't make excuses just answer the PHONE!!!!!!! Thank you
