we are atlantska plovidba from dubrovnik croatia ship owner of m/v oluja wich arrive port lazaro cardenas 19th. may 2011. pls. advise us can we make crew change without mexican visa for 4 crew members ( croatian nationality ) wich have vaild american visa type/clas C1D. thanks.
