Passport help
My husband and I are trying to get some kind of paperwork for him to be able to work and do his taxes. but everything that we have looked at says that we need to have some kind of ID. but living here without being legal it makes getting something like that harder. Hes from Mexico and been here in MA for the last 16 years. Is it possible to get an Mexican passport here or does he have to travel back to mexico and apply for one? Any information would be nice. thanks.

expired FM3
We have let our FM3s expired but were stopped at the border leaving Mexico and told we had to return at 10 to speak to the head of the dept as our FMs had expired and not been canceled. Is this right?

do we need more documents?
we travel to Cancun every year for February Vacation
this year, Mexico has new regulations on minors traveling with one parent.
my daughter will be travelling with her two sons. she always has a permit to travel with her kids, which is stamped by a Notary Public. this year, she will also have the same document translated into Spanish. are the kids required to have a tourist card? or just the one they pass out in the planes.
thank you for your help on this.
sincerely, Carmen
