I would to know if it is possible to renew our passports through the Mauritius Embassy in Singapore?

tourist visit I and my daughter, age 6, will be in Singapore in Singapore2 weeks doing banking and investments.
I would like to take my daughter to Mauritius in August. She has a Chinese passport. Can I get her a Mauritius tourist visa while we are in Singapore?
