My family comes from China and has applied for and obtained the approval letter from the Immigration Bureau of Malta. At present, I plan to go to Malta to collect biological information from the Immigration Bureau. My child holds a study visa and is studying in a local school in Bangkok. I hold a companion visa. Whether my child and I can apply for a D visa to enter Malta in Bangkok. If so, what materials need to be submitted.

I tried to contact the Maltese embassy re visa for longer than a week. I phoned Thailand embassy, was refer to Cambodia embassy, with it seems is not existing anymore. I need advice re the office I need to contact. Thank you. Kind regards Alta Glas (South African living in Cambodia).
