My spouse and I are moving to Kuala Lumpur for a three-year job assignment with Shell Oil. To obtain the work permit, I have been asked to authenticate our marriage license through your office. I am in possession of this document, which has been certified by the U.S. Department of State. I would be grateful if you could tell me: 1)What is the fee for this service and what forms of payment do you accept; 2) What Embassy form do I need to complete; and what is the exact address and person to whom the package should be sent. I've tried visiting the website for Embassy of Malaysia in Washington D.C., but it never works- the address listed on this page is the same one listed everywhere else.
