im 28 years old and i have graduated in 2004 my major was accountancy and i have diploma.from 2004 untill now i didnt have situation to continuing my education.i will appreciate you if you help me i want to know can i study in malaysian college or university?am i elligible for getting visa from malaysian embassy or not?as i told you i have a 9 years gap between my education.the embassy will give me student visa or not.

I am an engineer from Iraq had previously submitted to the University of UPM in Malaysia to complet a Masters & I have got to accept and I will start the study in February 2013 ... There is no Malaysian Embassy in Iraq and I wanted to get a visa for students ...
Can I get it by the embassy in Iran??? How much time needed to get them??? In your opinion what is the best time to introduce ...at this month or next month??? How much it costs??? Do I have to attend or can be represented me someone else???
