Iam always dreaming to travel malaysia to have master degree in English language. or some workshops courses to exchange culture, knowledge,to make research on the education for global citizenship and inter-cultural for global awareness.

I got my master at UM and I applied for PhD at UM and got my offer letter but as you know I can't travel after I got approval via VDR. I read every thing about the procedures but i want to know how much money i should pay for visa to process my VDR and get approval? or can I pay for at the Malaysian Embassy and got the payment slip to apply for VDR during these days?
The other thing, I want to got my approval as soon as possible because the offer letter come late and its validity is 6 months> Up to I don't apply for VDR could you inform me what I should DO?
