I am a young kenyan professional having been shortlisted by tommorow people,s organization to present a paper on ''TB prevalent among the fisherfolk communities in Kenya.''The conference is to take place in Kuching in Malasya but unfortunately I dont have the financial capability to attend this 3 days conference.
