I am accepted to participate MSC at Malaysia in mechanical engineering. But as you know here in Ethiopia there is no Malaysia embassy. so for visa process the malasyia embassy in kenya asked me 15 dollar for visa fee.and i have sent the passport,yelowfever certificate,15$ in draft check to the high commisision of malasyia in kenya by EMS but still there is no response to the massage.what is the problem? if additional money is needed how can i send this money? is it by bank if so tell me the bank account. Please my flight is on may 20/2012/I have call to your embassy by 254207123374 but i can not understand fully.
