I am currently married to an Indonesian laby who reside in Kediri, Jawa Timur.
Now as we are going thru a divorce, need some advice. She initially requested me to divorce here and I am confused on how to do so. I have already got some advice from a local lawyer here in Seremban but its not very clear. My questions are :-
a) She asked me to divorce her, so my lawyer have acknowledged that she must go to the Malaysian Embassy in Jakarta to have the papers signed off.
Is there any Malaysian onsulate in Surabaya for her to do so ?Please advise.
b) If she refused to sign off the lawyers documents, how should this case be proceeded ?
