I've been nearly 15years in Ireland, and never have thing done by once, for example: just need the head to witness a signature or a stamp on some document as an malaysian. I haved to visit the place not once but five, just trying to get things done, the reason was giving is that, the Head is not in because he is having an meeting. I was told by the staff i can come back anytime and he will be there.I'M WONDERING IS IT JUST ME THE UNLUCKLY PERSON..
