i would like to know that i have got deport from Singapore on 6th of October 2012 my question is any problem to enter to Malaysia

I need a tourist visa to enter your country to participate for the 26th East Asia Insurance Congress which is to be held on 29th October 2012 at Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre.I am representing from Sri Lanka.Please advice me the Visa procedure
