I got a job offer letter from Orange Medical Center without conducting any interview. Please tell me is it true or fake company my email id is naaz214@gmail.com
I am really sorry but this is a fake email. The hospital is real in Malaysia but this is a scam and you do not have an offer from the hospital. Here are some steps you can do to verify it.
Step 1: Go to the website listed in the email which is www.perdana-specialisthospital.com. This is a fake website. The real website for the hospital is http://www.perdana.kpjhealth.com.my. The phone number on the real website is 09-745-8000. Call this number and talk to the Chief Medical Officer and confirm if you have an offer. They will tell you that you do not have any offer. If you go to the fake website, www.perdana-specialisthospital.com the number listed there is +60-163-051-466. If you call this fake number, they will tell you that you have the offer but it’s a scam. PLEASE DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM. AS you can tell, both the websites are exactly the same but the one ending in .com is fake and that’s where you got your offer from.
Step 2: The website alone offers the clue to this scam but we can validate it even further. Its called domain lookup and tells us who owns a particular website. Go to http://www.networksolutions.com/whois-search/perdana-specialisthospital.com . This search tells you who owns the website from where you got the mail and the offer letter. This website is owned by someone in AUSTRALIA. The owner has a yahoo email address. So THIS IS FAKE. Please do not send any personal information to this person.
Step 3: Call the Malaysian Embassy in New Delhi or Madras and tell them that you have an offer from the Perdana Group. They will tell you that it is FAKE because you are not the first one to get this FAKE offer and you won’t be the last. Details on http://www.kln.gov.my/web/ind_new-delhi/home
I got a appointment letter offering salary around US $ 9500. I made a call to the chennai-malaysian embassy and they confirmed that this is a fake offer letter. I really thank to the embassy who provide chennai landline numbe to know the correct informaion and keeping away from false embassy.
