Dear Sir
I got an offer letter to study Ph.D from UPM University. unfortunately Iraq hasn't Malaysian Embassy so ,I couldn't get visa for me and my family. The university told me " I can contact Malaysian embassy in the Neighboring countries to get visa for me" and the best option for Iraqi's is the Malaysian Embassy in turkey because the way to the Jordan is dangerous these days because of the military operations there.
