Direct to Malysia
Salam
I'm from Kurdistan/Iraq and joined a PhD program between our University (University of Salahaddin-Erbil/Iraq) and UTM in Johur Bahru.
I have the original copy of Offer Letter and VDR Litter and the administrative assistance of UTM international said to me that:(For your information you no need go to embassy Malaysia at Turkey. Because we applying SPAL for you, you just required to produce this letter upon arrival for Immigration clearance.)
So, can I travel directly from Iraq to Malaysia without visiting your embassy?
Thanks
abd alahady
