I wrote a scholarship exam with an organization called FAI(Fidelity Access International). I want to confirm the authenticity of Fidelity Access International Scholarship whether it is a scam or not because i have paid 8,650 for the package and am likely to ask for refund. Pls how authentic is the above named organisation? They said they are into scholarship sponsorship to malaysia.they have a
Partner in nigeria called KDO inspired. Please we wrote their exams and we passed and now they are asking us to pay 8650 naira for courier services in other to receive our scholarship packages and addmission letter.

Residence and Work Permits Clearance
Dear Sir/Maddam.
i have received a job appointment letter from the following body.
PETROLIAM NASIONAL BERHAD (PETRONAS)

This letter also telling me that All employees successfully screened and recruited for the PETROLIAM NASIONAL BERHAD (PETRONAS) MALAYSIA (And not presently possessing a valid Malaysian Residence and Work Permits Clearance Papers) shall be expected to personally incur all expenses as shall be related to the processing, procurement and acquisition of their necessary permits clearance papers with the GrandLotus Travel Agencies Sdn. Bhd and shall be duly reimbursed and will be substantiated with receipts and the employer will reimburse the employee not later than Five (5) working days after submission of employee’s expense report and receipts. and the letter is also saying that there is an agreement sign between GrandLotus Travel Agencies Sdn. Bhd and PETROLIAM NASIONAL BERHAD (PETRONAS.)
So please if this is true explain the process of getting Work & Residence permit, and if is false explain to me.

I would also like to confirm the authencity of the Fidelity Access organisation in Malaysia. I wrote a scholarship exam with them and went ahead to pay some money after which I was given a scholarship. I just want to be sure that I'm on the right path.
