This is Dr Saifullah Khan from Pakistan. I would like to attend a BALWOIS 2012 conference at Ohrid Macedonia. I have already visited your country two times to attend the BALWOIS 2008 and 2010 conference. For that purpose the conference authorities already process my papers the in Macedonia but they inform to me that i have needed to submit my papers in the near by Macedonian embassy. So it is requested that let me know how i can submit the papers to your embassy from Pakistan. May i apply through Postal service, Email or FAX and then upon my arrival at Istanbul i will submit the original. Kindly let me know the procedure so i move my case forward to your office.
