Hello Dr Swire
Steve Raeburn has a new email or now blocks me......
steven.raeburn@carnyx.com of a publication 'The Firm' in Glasgow talked to me about the Shahs family connection insurance 'payout'.
The Shahs family was the largest shareholder of PanAm. I am sure you know that by now.
Steve said the head of the insurance companies had his own political agenda and implied they held the money over their head 'Shhhh' to get a hugh
multi-million dollar payout.
Steve did not say 'how much' money was involved but it was far more the victims payout. Part of the money was 'Shh' money to keep
the Shah connection, Iran the US etc.
invisible and pay their hugh claim was paid.
You should be able to get that information. Also, keep in mind Panam was a 'money loser' but it still had a hugh net worth.
It also took a lot of money out of their pockets of the Shahs family until a settlement was made. The Shah family did profit in the end.
As the Shah family wanted a return to Iran, why did they not say 'iran did it'... They always wanted a return to Iran and had a hugh organization to bring their return.
My wifes cousins OVERTLY worked for the Shahs family in Paris and even wanted Reagan to 'recognize' them as a government in Exile in the 1980's.
If the coup worked at 'around the time' of Lockerbie, Iran would have been blamed instantly. The coup failed so all went quiet.....
Also, the US airlines ALL went bankrupt at one point in time. PanAm was a pioneer yet the US shut it down rather than let others 'bring it out of
bankruptcy'.
Why? Where they worried it may be a target again? It was shut down.
Regards
Barry
