Nazem El-Kadri to make the long story short:-
do not go or talk to this guy Nazem El-Kadri,,, its worth going to north pole to have your job done properly and cheaper than dealing with another corrupt Lebanese arrogant.

Acceptable service I used this service in London, he asks you to send the request and ids...etc through email, then calls you when they are done and translated, you gotta sign them and then he sends them to Ottawa and then calls you when they come back so you have to go pick them up. Pleasant doc really, but it seems like to many steps are taken but at least it gets done and you don't have to go to the embassy. I remember in TO you were able to get all you needed done on the same day, I guess this doc doesn't want too or is too busy to accept drop ins. Free of charge service so no complaints, was gonna cost me 300 with another dude in the same city.

Disgraceful and shameful consulate I can't believe this guy is still serving at this consulate. He has a little chat with you at first to see whether he will like you or not and expect service accordingly. He is arrogant, very condescending, and corrupt. I get a document service from him and I couldn't believe that he asked for tip, saying " I expect an extra pay for this office because I opened this consulate." This consulate is running wild and makes me wonder how that could happen and go unnoticed by the general consulate in Montreal and embassy in Ottawa!!!
They make me feel ashamed of my Lebanese nationality.

Lebanese Driver's License Hi,
I need to validate my Lebanese driving license so I can go for a G1-G without G2 or the wait period.
If Mr. Useless is no longer the the consular, what is the best course of action?
Any feedback is appreciated.

Service Last time I visited (as he never answers the phone) he advised that he is no longer a consular but he offered his private services. What is going on?
