I'm wondering how can i travel to costa rica and register in a university, but my country has no embassy of costa rica, i think i need to get to lebanon, but what are the steps ?

Costa Rican citizenship
Dear Sir,

I want to know if i will get married to a Costa Rican and i live outside Costa Rica due to my work.

This will delay me getting my costa Rican citizenship.

Please advise me on what to do .
