I believe u guys don't want to study in Latvia or tourism.. u just want to go get refugee in Europe via Armenia as a bridge, afterwards you go through Balkans to western Europe... Europe is full of your stinky asses already... so WAKE UP Europe... live a space for SEE to live as well...

i want to aplly for master of mechanical engineering at RTU(riga technical university) of latvia,i need some information about getting visa for latvia.i am iranian,and latvia doesnt have any embassy in iran.can i come to Armenia and apply for visa in embassy of latvia at Yerevan?
