Yes, you need a visa, but you can get it either in Iran from Kenya Embassy or when you reached in Kenya, pay 50$ at the airport and get a visa.
but it's better you get it from Iran .

Yes it's possible, when you marry in Iran and request for registering your marriage, it takes a few months to verify your docs, then they'll tell you to go and register your marriage, then you can get your ID card and Iranian passport.
so they would take your Kenyan passport, but after a while you can go and take it back , so you would have 2 passports but you're not allowed to use your kenyan passport in Iran.
