whats the empassy is doing to stop employers from holding kenyans passports

May be it would be a good idea to have a site that Kenyans can link up while in Saudi just to stay connected to each,checking out on one another. If possible it would be great. My suggestion.
Am in saudi from august 2012 but evrything is good no problem yet am a driver in sasco company.
