Please what are the requirements for one who has been traveling to Kenya before to present to obtain multiple Kenyan Visa

hi am a kenyan staying in kampala with a temporary pass and would wish to persue a carree here in kampala. can the kenyan embasy help me get a kenyan passport here in kampala to facilitate getting a work permit from the ugandan authorities?
