Ladies and gentlemen... Am here in a form of recommendation to our officers in Kenyan embassy immergency section first I recommend our great lady by the Name Malinda.. She is helpful and warm hearted lady... 100%... Working for us Kenyans I really got information clear en to the point today from the lady... En by the way she is down to earth may God bless her... We need her all time in this office.... Second one was by the name Salome she was also a blessing to serve us.... Though long time I hevent heard from her... They are great people

I have been trying to get a new Kenyan passport since May. You have returned my passport three times claiming that it is filled well. I had paid Euro 80 in your account and now you want other €80 in your account. Could you please let me know why I should pay another €80 and up to now it is only problems with my old passport. This is the first time I am having complications with the Embassy. I cannot also understand why you kept my passport too long before you retuned to me.
