They should have an automated operator speaking in Arabic and English, many people complaining that no one picks up and when operator comes on, its in Arabic only, weird considering how many expats there are here that know English.
You call the embassy and no one answers the phone.
I called once to ask questions regarding paper work that I needed. Not only they are very useless, but also very rude!!
He didn't bother to answer my questions and started lecturing me that " I can't solve the world over the phone" then he said to me" Bye bye I have a lot of work to do " !!
This is HOW STUPID THE JORDAN EMBASSY IS
