APPLICATION FOR SPONSORSHIP(VISION 2020 MANAGEMENT COURSE)
I have the honor and most respectful to request for sponsorship to attend the above training course in Tanzania in November,2011.The course is $600 registration fee and the round flight ticket is $1300, making a total of $1800 and will last for two weeks.
I have been granted a chance but lacks a sponsor.Dear Brethren,i believe this dispensation would yield greater out put in the management of vision 2020 in the South West Region of Cameroon where the blindness prevalence rate is slightly doubled the global prevalence rate.I presently work with the Presbyterian General Hospital in Kumba Cameroon, collaborating services with the South West Eye Care program office in the Regional Delegation of Pubic Health in Buea.
Thanks for your kind consideration.
