I would like to express my deepest sympathy for those who survived the quake/tsunami.
I encorage them to be strong. and my most sincere condolences for the people who lost their lives in this tragedy, I also would like to apologize in behalf of the entire Dominican people who also feel sorry for what happened in Japan but due to their lack of initiative, courage. Because of their ignorance, and corruption. they are afraid to write a simple letter or to make a simple phone call to share their feelings. In behalf of the Dominican Republic. The doors of my country are always open for the people of Japan and for those in need.
