SO,, IN OCTOBER LAST YEAR, WE SAW A HOME OF 1000 SQUARE FEET. IN THE SUB URBAN AREA HERE. . IT WAS FOR SALE AND IS ENOUGH FOR A SMALL FAMILY,, BUT HAVE TO DO INNER AND OUTER MODIFICATION WORK FOR MAKING IT SUITABLE TO LIVE IN,,, THAT IS INCLUDING BORE-WELL.( TUBE WELL)

NEARLY 3 LAKH RUPEES WILL BE EXTRA FOR ALL THESE WORKS.. THE VALUE (PRICE) OF THE HOUSE IS 11.40. LAKH. TOTALLY THERE NEEDED 16.20 LAKH RUPEES. INCLUDING GOVERNMENT REGISTRATION PLUS OTHER NECESSARY EXPENDITURE AND FOR THE HOUSE MODIFICATION WORK. AS WELL. WE GAVE 1.6 LAKH RUPEES AS ADVANCE IN OCTOBER AND REQUESTED TO THE PRESENT OWNER OF THE HOUSE ONE MONTH' TIME PERIOD FOR GIVING HIM THE BALANCE AMOUNT AND HE AGREED

WE APPLIED FOR A BANK LOAN AFTER SUBMITTING ALL NECESSARY DOCUMENTS AND AGREEMENT THE BANK ( BANK OF INDIA) GAVE US ONLY 11 LAKH 40 THOUSAND RUPEES. BUT FOR THE BALANCE AMOUNT WE WERE COMPELLED OURSELVES TO BORROW FROM MONEY LENDERS AT THE RATE OF 5% INTEREST PER MONTH. WE TOOK 4.5 LAKH RUPEES FROM MONEY LENDERS.

WE GOT REGISTERED OUR HOME ON 26TH NOVEMBER 2014. BUT STILL WE ARE LIVING IN RENTED HOUSE BECAUSE WE HAVE NO MONEY AT PRESENT TO SPEND FOR THE MAINTENANCE WORK . WHAT CAN WE DO? IT MAY BE OUR FATE.

APART FROM ALL THIS, THE BANK STARTED TO COLLECT LOAN INSTALLMENT. IT IS A ROUTINE OF THE BANK WHERE AS, THE HORRIBLE THING IS,,, THE MONEY LENDERS HAVE STARTED TO GIVE US TROUBLE (HARASS). Dear Russia

Every day, more; every second day and the most in weekends this Country; Ireland where I reside, is invaded by foreigner people of different ages and is well known what for. In the last period use to come people; the most groups of teenagers, seems to be Italians or Spanish. Yesterday 05/08/2015 among multiple groups could be seen a large group of a mixture of Blond, Caucasian, and a kind of Eskimos faces, well guarded by their as called teachers, but did not seem to be children of High Society. They seemed to expose themselves with blue T-shorts and even approached me. I asked where they were from, and the answer was; Russia.

Because of previous bad experiences I did not even try to listen if they were speaking Russian language, but my life experience inspired me that they were not Russians, and just tried to involve, even to denigrate Russia.

Nothing surprises me but to see Russia joining to this disastrous Program of Extermination, make me lose any hope. I, and suppose not only, are waiting for some miracles and one of them is the repetition of the process of liberation that happened 70 years ago from Extermination Camps in Germany, and this can’t come from anywhere else than from Russia together with others strong Countries of the World.

If Russia joined to this process, means that Russian People are not descendents of Vladimir Ilyich Lenin, and the Humanity and the Planet are lost for ever, thing that I refuse to believe. Please impose the Death Penalty Legislation as suggested below in this message which simplifies a lot of problems. Thanks.

I wrote to this suppose to be; prestigious, powerful and responsible Organization before, I wrote also to all Embassies of the member Countries of this Organization; New York and Geneva several times for nothing more than requesting an appropriate Legislation in order to be protected the Humanity against YOU, and other DEVOURERS. It is just a Legislation in order to prevent the accustomed ones to these crimes, it is not killing at ‘high way’ as is acting permanently now by criminals. This is:

Yesterday 14/07/2015 when the Vienna Negotioation of Iran Nuclear Program concluded I sow the High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy the beautiful Mrs Frederica Mogherini in her conclusion speech not mentioning first the importance or disastrous effect of all nuclear programs, but very happily put her hand on her chest and mentioned the ADOPTION issue, imagins which disappeared later from her performance. There were present the representants of 6 the most powerful Countries in the World. Another exemple of; how vital is this Legislation, after which anyone to be free to adopt as many Children, Pensionars, even Disabled People as wants. It is not any joke. Thanks.

I wrote many times to Italian Government, Newspapers, Embassies, and not only to the Italian ones, but to each Country from the largest to the smallest ones imploring everyone to stop these; the most notorious crimes that are occurring allover the World, and to enact the texts suggested below as Legislation.
It seems that EU did not obtained what they wanted from Greece and just few days ago the Prime Minister of this Country – Ireland – Enda Kenny made a trip to Italy, as following today an invasion of one number of teenagers Italians (possible some Spanish too) as never before, even cant’t estimate their number. These are going to be sacrificed. Please make pressure to your Prime Minister, this Renzzi that seems completely out of senses to do everything not to sacrifice the lives of these beautiful and healthy teenagers. All these crimes are not going to remain unpunished but the Leadership of European Union is not aware of it. Just few hours ago I sent this material to the European Journalists that work for EU, and look what is happening. Please do everything and save these lives. After each e-mail sent to all European Institutions, I expect to see the following day on the first page of all Newspapers and other print publications and on other means of Communication, even advertising places, huge head lines and inscriptions; publishing and making aggressively known the Legislation proposed, which is vital.

But your reaction is completely opposite. I watched and read about as called the debate in the European Parliament regarding Greece crisis. There was a positive reaction which Mr Manfred Weber called it extremist. But the reaction of Mr Weber himself, Mr Guy Verhofstadt, and even Mr Donald Tusk, sent me in my childhood reading a book ‘Delirul’ by Marin Preda where is described the intimidating attitude of Hitler vis a vis the Leaders of smaller Countries.

The way you acted I don’t know what to call it; ‘dictatorial intimidating demagogy’ I think could be the appropriate term. I do not know much about Mr Weber but I know the same generation of politicians from this Country, and I am sure that they were educated together recognizing a pronounced American accent. ‘For a better life’, ‘will suffer Greece people’. What is left to ordinary people to suffer Her Weber? What could be worse than to sell your neighbor, a friend or even a relation and to know that latter will be your turn? Her, as I mentioned in a previous letter, I am a Romanian. In late 80’s, Romania and we; the population of Romania made sacrifices for paying the external debts. We were told what it was about. I, personally, went to bed more than once with empty stomach, because everything was going to YOU, for nothing, as you are looking also now for, but I was aware what for I was suffering, hopping that when the debts will be over, the life will change. But look where we are, where you brought us. What you are doing is without any hope. Do you understand? You kill people, us.

Mr Verhofstadt came with different things as; false prophet, how will be remembered as a leader? Do you think Monsieur that is needed a Prophet; false or real to stop you killing completely innocent people? Regarding Leadership factor; what do we remember about Stalin, Hitler and many, many, others? What do you think will remember next generations about YOU, which are the most notorious killers ever? What do you see behind you? You left behind, after 8 years of Leadership, a Belgium divide in 2 or 3 antagonist Nations. Now you are in the Leadership of a Europe under American occupation, and make things worse as hopefully will come other Countries to free and lead us in a humanly way.

There is nothing to expect from you than Extermination. All of you, with all your instruments. I am not convinced if you understand what is underneath. As I mentioned before it is frightening to switch on; the Radio and TV Stations. The European ones are more aggressive than ever. Desperation. You forced the charismatic Prime Minister of Greece, Mr Tsipras to accept the foreigners as called ‘tax collectors’ to decimate Greece population as they did in this Country. If he will accept, obviously will loose his sympathy and authority and will become one of yours. But we, 7 billions are not going to be ones of you with or without me. Ever! Here are teens of thousands of teenagers waiting for something; I heard an expression ‘to put same meat on their bones’. In Vienna Mr John Kerry is waiting for a deal. I watched last night on TV even Mr Olivier Blanchard from IMF, which I was thinking deserves consideration; when asked what is the future of Greece?, his answer was; ‘to go fishing’.

Are all of you serious? How are you sleeping nights? What are you dreaming? What are you thinking first thing when waking up in mornings? Are you realizing what are you doing? I know now better than ever that nothing sensiblises you, but think again please and do the right thing: Legislation – whatever takes, nothing can be worse than where we are. About me, I am in a continuous dizziness, I do not know; live or it is just a bad dream. I am gross and I’m feeling permanently hunted, but I am not sorry. Do the right thing for once. Thanks.

I watch always with interest each of your meetings as much as the TV Stations broadcast in regard with your activity in general and in this case nuclear weapons of Iran. Would sound a lot better if would be reduced to 0 all nuclear weapons at the level of Planet. Regarding other kind of weapons, I have a proposition; to be allowed each individual to posses a kind of weapon in order to defend himself and his family against the devourers of the Humanity.

The barbaric and tortuous treatment of intelligent animals is viewed by most as a sin against the natural world. While other counties have laws against the inhumane slaughter of fellow creatures of this Earth, Japan is eliminating entire pods of dolphins at an exponential rate. The result – the rest of the world is looking at Japan with great disgust.
As resistance to the world’s request to end dolphin slaughter continues, efforts are being made to prevent your country from hosting the 2020 Olympics.
Additionally, you are poisoning your own people. It’s a known fact that dolphin meat is high in mercury and is poisonous for human consumption! Do you want to be responsible for home-grown illness and potentially death among your citizens?

JAPAN EASE – a cultural event to help the victims of Japan

The Malta Comic Con and the Maltese Islands Cosplay Association (M.I.C.A.) are two non-governmental organizations which have in common a passion for Comics and Cosplay (costumed role-playing). Together they seek to encourage and promote this type of culture in Malta. Most of all, they share a sincere love for Art and Japanese Culture.
Following the wave of earthquakes, tsunami and the harmful radiating leaks that struck the beautiful land of Japan, leaving a trail of devastation and deaths in their wake, the Malta Comic Con and M.I.C.A. with the participation of Malta Japan Association and support of UNESCO, have teamed up in order to hold a charity event called JAPAN-EASE in aid of Japan and its unfortunate victims.
The JAPAN-EASE event will be held on Saturday 30th April from 10am at The Point Shopping Mall in Tigne Point. A whole day will be dedicated to Japanese culture, filled with cultural, artistic and entertaining activities.
There will be lectures on Bonsai Growing and on how to draw Manga. Other activities range from Manga-style artwork displays coupled with live drawing sessions by artists. There will also be Cosplay skits (short performances) in colourful costumes and various games like Yu Gi Oh.
An interesting feature is live music provided by the singers Natasha and Charlene and Clifford Galea who were participants in the Malta Song for Europe. Also taking part are Charles Dalli and Eric Calleja of X-Tend. There will also be Michael Robert Jackson, a talented Michael Jackson impersonator. Other activities include Japanese food, Martial Arts and life-saving demonstrations, traditional Japanese crafts, street magicians performing tricks.

JAPAN-EASE is aimed at exposing the Maltese to the rich and diverse culture of Japan in order to understand it more and appreciate it better. All gathered funds from the event will be donated to the Japanese Red Cross to help the victims of Japan in their hour of need.
