ang anak ko po ay may asawang hapon,dito po sila kinasal sa Pinas,nag divorce po sila, sa Japan,pwede na po ba syang magpakasal,o kailangan pang ipa annul dito sa pinas yung kasal nila..Sa Japan po niya gustong magpakasal

Good Evening! I would like to ask some help to find my father.
I decided to post a message because I have no idea where to ask help. I already tried to ask help from other person living
in Ibaraki through social networking but they refused to response.
The last time I heard, he lives in Koga Shi Ibaraki Japan. I haven't met him ever since.. He's name is Yukio Fukuda.
