I want to apply for the scholarship that was published in 'THE HIMALAYAN TIMES', by the embassy of Japan on April 3o. I am currently studying General Certificate of Education(GCE) A-Levels.It is mentioned that students should have scored 75% in aggregate and +2 exams for Natural Science.I would be hearty thankful to you, if you could let me know, if i can appear the scholarship exam to be held on July 3o, as a student of A-levels Science. Time passes after 23 years same anonymous guy prevail same documents all over the surrounding and more & more these guys and their race became, becoming and will become stronger, better in every aspects, suddenly same anonymous man applies from very far from and touches Headquarter, claims, ask his spent expenditures with fully evidence and other proofs of his services, How! will you full fill his demands according to under your perfect constitutions. Please I would like to know what sort of decisions must be decide by Headquarter ( A ).

I have been learning Tibetan Buddhism. Now I want to study Zen Buddhism in Japan as it is best country for it. To prove my qualification I don't have any diploma approved by the government.
