My name is Manish karn. I passed my school level exam i.e, SLC(CLASS 10) with 83 percentage in 2008 and intermediate level i.e, 10+2 with 75.9 percentage in aggregate from HSEB Board in 2011. I further want to study B.E. in full scholarship as my family finanacial status is weak. Can you provide me the full information about scholarship scheme and procedure for applying for scholarship from japanese Embassy. I will be obliged to you. Waiting for your response.

Dear friends. If you are going to Japan. please make ready these things with you.
1. Down load visa from Japanese
Embassy s website and fill the firm.
2. Valid passport
3. 4 copy of photo ( see size in Visa firm)
4. you need sponsor from Japan and sponsor letter.
5. Relation Paper ( what relation between you and your sponsor) from your VDC or Municipality .
6. Bank balance
7. Please be sure your all certificate
and all document should be original.
8.If your sponsor sent you by EMS please take together with cover in Embassy. There should be his bank balance, his job letter and his full address and his phone number.
9. You need your schedule where and why you are going to Japan.
10.Your air ticket confirm reservation slip( Both way)
11. If you are going to stay some hotel, Hotels reservation slip.
12.If you are going to Japan, Be very polite and you must do good desiplane.
13. Give the write answer when you have interview in Japan embassy.
14. If you are student your school can help you, but they can’t give you part time job.
If you are student , you must read very hard so please make mind before you pay for school.
15. if you are going to Japan you should learn Japanese language you can use english very few placese.so Japanese is importnat for you.
16. If you want to know much clear visit directly at JAPAN EMBASYY ,PANIOKHARI ,KATHMANDU.
