I don't know where else to write this. Just called JICA office today morning and the receptionist was very rude!!! She's Ugandan. I still like everything about Japan but the office needs a better receptionist for sure. Hope someone reads this and acts. -DB

REQUEST TO BE CONSIDERATE AND FAIR ENOUGH IN YOUR GRANTS FOR GRASSROOT CBOs/NGOs
Dear Ambassador,
Uganda and people of Uganda love you so much.
You are our best friend. A true friend is the friend who stands with you in times of difficulties. In our hardest time you have come up and say "I will not abandon you". This is Japan. We shall cooperate always.
In your stay and sharing with us, you discovered that grass root CBOs and NGOs are important organisations who serve directly the grass root people.
Many have got from support from you.
It is our request that in assessing the applications , please think of increasing the fund for the grass root people and let all districts get a fair treat for all of us love you.
Iam yours Kule Stephen
