Dear Consulate Representative,
I am a California resident. Can I come to the Consulate in Honolulu to be assigned a Japanese Working Visa? I will have the Certificate of Eligibility, proper forms, pictures and any other thing I will need. I've been going to Los Angeles but I will be in Honolulu and would like to come to the embassy/Consulate there for this purpose this time. Is it possible for me, a California resident, to use the Honolulu location to go through the process of receipt of a 90 Working Visa?

I am a volunteer worker with DANA project of Hawaii. I have a client who is of Japan citizen and whose US passport expired. Can she renew her US passport at this office.
