SHIMIZU of Shin-Unumadoi 5-104, Kakamiga, Hara-shi, Gifu Ken Japan oin July 12, 1999, under Registry Receipt No. 99-2067, Paranaque City, Metro Manila. Kindly inform me if I can visit Japan using my married name, so I can look for my husband there?
