I would like to ask some advice regarding this japanese hotel marketing consultant who is very abusive to hotel staffs. He acts as if he owns the hotel. He is pure japanese and living here in the philippines for 30 years already. Recently, we found out that he is an illegal alien in the philippines and for 30 long years he did not go back to japan mainly because he is a fugitive from japan.Where can we report this japanese so that he can be deported
