To whom it may concerned.
in november 2017 we shipped one equipment to cebu to customer. price is 35000usd.
customer only paid 10000usd predeposit. when machine arrive cebu port. they said they dont have money to pay. that is thrid time we had cooperated. so we trusted him to release the bl first.they promised to pay the 25000usd balance . but it had been 4 monthes now.
and . he kept asked us to wait without any confirmation.
please how can i get our company balance.
