In this era the world organized in the form of economic Correlation, for marketing purpose, import and export purpose where our country Ethiopia also a part of this economic Correlation or unity. With this respect the competitiveness happen to the enterprise capability to pursue the world market and will be owners of the global market the enterprise determined by the provision of quality product and service for their customer, through the long term improvement process of their enterprise which mean according to the customer need and want. For example, if one enterprise competent enough from other similar producers determined by quality product of the enterprise which bring in to market. This will convey by the quality management system including team work and team sprit which leads have power over quality production it is important for the survival and the sustainability of the enterprise. The main support are, Capable skill, entrepreneurship, best technology transfer and adaptation , quality productivity work without embracing quality production and service delivery, any types of input, infrastructure available, organization structure available in the enterprises it doesn’t bring profitability and success to the enterprise. From this standing point MSEs Development policy designed for undertaking for proper work of the enterprise establish the industrial extension and technology transfer position at several government office level and TVET college level. Hence, for this purpose the strategy embrace the supporting system MSEs by industrial extension and technology transfer. The supporting system including, by identify their problem provide work base training and development by their need, encourage the MSEs lifelong learning to go together with this dynamic world. Fully equipped for MSEs information and other important technological transformation, documentation and consultancy service etc. the main purpose of the position commenced for the purpose capacity building i.e. kaizen implementation programme for MSEs.
Masaki Emai defined kaizen in his famous book KY’ ZEN: the key to Japan competitive success as” The overriding concept behind good management. The unifying thread running through the philosophy the systems and the problem solving tools development in Japan” The name of Kaizen has been given to activities for quality and productivity improvement, cost reduction and shortening delivery or lead time at factories level (“Gemba” level in Japan). (KAI mean “change” ZEN means “better”. Nowadays, KAIZEN means “incessant (continuous) improvement” According to EKI, yearly magazine (2013:36).

My birth place and Address is here in Addis Ababa, and I was born in 1976 Ethiopia my educational background starting and completing till grade 12 here in Addis and resumed my education diploma program. After completing diploma program in Home economics department of kotebe college of teacher education (KCTE) in 1989EC I employed in Tigray region with the collaboration of MoE in 1989EC, my work place was accordingly in the Tigray region serving as a Technical Vocational Education and Training teacher for 3 years, SNNRS (Southern Nations and Nationalities Regional State) as a teacher for 3 years, Oromia region as a teacher for 3 year, in Amhara region work as disaster prevention and preparedness expert and act as team leader for 3 years, respectively. Here in Addis Ababa in two factories they are GIW and “Hiberet” Machine tools as canteen Head. I earned my bachelor degree in Educational Management in 2011 here in Addis Ababa University. After the end of completing my BA degree I was employed in Addis Ababa city Administration in wored and sub-city level as industrial extension and technology transfer service the role of this position is implementation of kaizen in the micro small enterprise and now a day perform as a Quality Auditor. At the same time I resumed my MA program in the department Management of Vocational Business education I completed the entire course but the remaining is Thesis.
Due to tuition fee, financial constraint and life itself expensive I can’t properly undertake my MA thesis study; hence, I need financial support (sponsorship) for the successful accomplishment of MA program at Addis Ababa University. Among other material needed for proper accomplishment of my MA education which is budget needed for the study are lap top, audio recorder, CDMA, per-diem of data collectors and translation workers during the study, stationary materials, payment for secretarial services and printing every phase of submission of my thesis and also bending finally material needed these thesis, if you pay me according to my budgetary proposal.
