HOW DO I KNOW WHAT TO DO....
I am a Masters student at University of Turin,I had submitted my academic papers to the Embassy in August 2011 as well as a request for visa.
I was issued with the visa without any problem and for this I am very grateful to the Italian Embassy in Nairobi.But unfortunately when I picked my academic papers there was no Declaration of Value,I am now in Turin and this declaration of value is needed,could you please kindly advice on the steps I should take in order to get this document.

I would like to register my frustration in trying to contact the italian visa office. The landline number is always busy and the customer care representative is not helpful. The website gives me adverts that are not related to the visa. Kindly respond to this. You may contact me on 0721 638 282- Veronica
