Thank You
To
The Hon.Consulate General of Italy

Dear Sir,
My sister Trupti, who stays in London, just got back after a 3-day vacation in Italy, with her husband Shashank and one year old son Rishab. On asking about her experience ,she could not stop praising about her visit. On personally seeing the immortal sculptures and paintings of the geniuses Leonardo da Vinci and Michaelangelo was an experience she will forever cherish throughout her life.Tasting a Mozrella cheese and Potato Pizza was a heavenly experience.Seeing the Colosseum took her back in time ,as if she could actually see the cheering crowd and the brave gladiators. But most importantly she said, she loved the people;their humility, their kindness, their love and their open-heartedness.She did not for a moment feel in a foreign land, she never for a moment felt afraid. She felt ...................at home, among her dear ones.I guess thats the best compliment any country can get.
I as a brother ,felt very pleased and touched by this warm welcome that she received from your fellow countrymen and just wanted to thank you and all your countrymen.I promise I will reciprocate this kind gesture to any Italian visiting India with the same warmth and love, should I get a chance in future.
You may wonder why I have written to you and the honest answer is I did not know how to convey my thanks to your kind fellow countrymen.I just looked up the internet and found your site.I write to you with the hope that you may pass on my heartfelt thanks and gratitude to your people for making my sister feel at home.
I am forever

Sincerely yours
Manish Sharma

DEALY IN ISSUE OF BUSINESS VISAS AND VFS INVOLVEMENT -
AFTER THE INVOLVEMENT OF VFS FOR ISSUE OF SCHENGEN BUSINESS VISAS THERE IS MUCH DELAY AND NOT ORDERLY THE STAFF AT VFS ARE MUCH UNTRAINED AND THIS DELAYS THE PROCESS OF VISAS FOR BUSINESS PURPOSES. THE PREVIOUS SYSTEM OF APPLICANTS APPROACHING THE CONSULATE IN MUMBAI AND DELHI DIRECTLY WAS REALLY APPRECIATED AND FASTER WORK AND ON THE SPOT ACTIONS SHALL BE GOOD IF THE SYSTEM AND CONCERNED STAFF ARE PLACED BETTER . DELAY IN BUSINESS MEETINGS IS A LOSS TO BOTH THE COUNTRIES.
