hello FYI only the following are the checklist of requirements for nulla osta holder..
1. Duly accomplished visa application form ( downloadable po eto sa italian embassy website ..4pages form with italy flag on right upper corner and box on left side upper corner)
2. 2 pcs passport size photos (white bground)
3.Original passport (kindly check the validity)
4. Xerox - front and backpage of valid passport
5.xerox ng flight booking (make sure the ETD will not conflict with appointment date kasi matagal ma release)
6. xerox of nulla osta
7. Managers Check payable to PIASI
hi everyone,,,just a bit of help based on my actual experience...since i got my tourist visa in 2009 an...the best time to call the italian emb...is at 8am exactly to facilitate faster connection with them, otherwise every peso counts for each minute that you will be put on hold. In my case, im using our Globelandlines and dial 1900-101-2200 You dont have to listen for every details they will tell you before properly reaching a call center agent. Once connected just press1, then press 0 to talk to a representative... Sobrang mahal ang per minute the reason i made notes in making a call...By the way just this morning July 14 i made a call with them regarding visa appointment and latest available date for pick up is on September 20,2011..I am re applying for short term tourist visa... MC is 3,688,,, i understand this is different for nulla osta holder...
hope these help...
ang bilis naman nagtaas ng amount ng MC yung sa kaibigan ko nitong june lang required nila is just 5,320 pa lang..ngayon pala 6k plus na ...
Miss myra we almost have the same case though mine was picked up last june8... Until now i havent received my visa... Since mahal ang pagtawag sa kanila. Sa website na lng aq ng 2go nagttrace kung me development na. Just have your airwaybill numb er and check status on e-trace. By the way if u want to contact me this is my number 09475732816
