I'm doing a family reseach on domenico meschi & family. he was born dec.15,1892 in laumsari,toscanana,italy. died apr.1976 in lucca,toscana. arr. in 1904 & lived in Galveston,tx. believe his brother name is gabriello meschi,born aug.10,1886 lucca,toscana (prov.of lamari).he died in nov.20,1936 in Galveston,tx. arr. mar.3,1902. their sister named assunta or ascentina meschi,born abt.1890 in lammari. she arr. in oct.12,1907. also lived in Galveston,tx. she married a Jacob guisti or giusti. I would like to find more information on them & their parents. so, I would like to know how to look for birth,deat,marriage, cemetery & church records & try to go back as far as I can with this family. I need address or website to get into these records.or any other way to find information on them.

I am pleading all articles against torture. I am writing you to ask for help. Please can you tell me who must I ask for interpretation of law regarding I not being allowed protection of immunity by my genetic inheritance and is suffering from torture with state engineering.
I would like a genetic attorney to help me. I am not being allowed state immunity protection as a citizen of America because They are saying that I owe genetic revenue for living here, but I do not understand I am not a Government; why must I find protection of my genes without help from my genetic inheritance or my nationality. I am living in California as a slave suffering torture for genetic inheritance without having protection of my DNA. I do not know what else to do or who to write regarding this crime, please can you help me. I do not want to suffer anymore I will file for removal if my attorney tells me that I cannot stay here.

I applied for citizenship in person, more than 6 months ago. I drove to the LA consulate, and turned in all my original documents, with apostilles, and translations . These documents took months and lots of money to obtain. I recently received a message that they don't have a file on me at ALL!
How can you lose something so important?

My husband and I are visiting our daughter in the USA. I am an Italian Citizen but my husband is Colombian. We are planning to visit Europe in the next two months. He needs a Visa to visit Europe but we only have a B1/B2 Visa in the USA, where we visit very often. Can my husband apply for a Schengen Visa?
