Aplicando visa - HELP
I am Peruvian and I am 79 years old and I live in Peru. I will be 80 years old in October 22, 2015. My daughter who lived in the United States got a ticket to Italy to visit my other daughter who lives there for more than 10 years.

Since July 1st, 2015 I was going to the Italian Embassy in Peru and nobody want to talk with me. I cannot apply on line. they asked you for security code. You cannot apply in person. They sent me to an agency that charge you 25$ to process your request. The agency called and said they gave an appointment for Aug.28,2015. I am travelling to Florida on August 30,2015. I asked they agency if they can give me an earlier appointment, maybe I will give more more. They agency said they cannot do anything. This is crazy. My daughter applied for her visa in Miami in the same day and they sent her the italian visa in 4 days. SOMEBODY can help PLEASEEEEEEEE. Im going to have an heart attack. Too much burocracy even in the international organations in Peru. Contact my daughter and tell her what I need to do to get an earlier appointment: debora.aliaga@hartfordlife.com

Tourist Visa
I have a US passport and do not need a visa to enter Italy, however my wife's passport is Peruvian and she does need a visa. We visited the online page for making an appointment and followed the instructions. Then when finally the page came up to select a date for the appointment, not a single date was selectable. I have been unable to find any help for either obtaining the appointment or for how to navigate the online request.
