I have received forms to fill out to claim my Italian pension. I tried calling the tel no in Spain and Ireland (I am an Irish itizen) but message saying phone not available! I need help to fill out forms can o go to your office for help with this. I am in Spain at the moment and only got correspondence yesterday and I have only 30 days (starting from 4 May) to fill out forms and send on.
Your phone message is very difficult to understand I would like to make an appointment my Spanish tel no is 622019557 thank you.

I have given up my residenzia here in Spain as I desperate want to return to Italy. But now i am asked to obtain a certificate of residenzia in order to get my pension from Switzerland. What shall i do? I am 76 yrs old and cannot walk well. please help me
