My wife is in Italy and want her to join me,i has four children with different person,bt i didnt'get married to that person,when I my wife went for interview the man ask how many children did ur husband have and she said four,he ask for divorce certificate and my wife told him her husband has not done any divorce with anyone what they did is tradional one but they broke up eight years ago and beside I has not given any marriage certificate to the embassy.because of that the man didn't give the visa to my wife.And he gave her three months for another appointment date.so please Mr Ambassador I need solution to my question.Tank you

POOR SERVICES BY VFS
Dear Sir,
Am a Ghanaian and a resident in Italy,i really disguise the kind of services the so called VFS is rendering to us on our Visa applications. I was given the nulla osta on the 14th of February 2017, my wife submitted every necessary documents requested by them to their office and was told to expect their call in two weeks time, after two months we didn't hear from them. I sent her to go and verify and she has to travel from sunyani to Accra only to find out there was an error in some of the translations which they have circled them keeping her file elsewhere in the office without calling her for correction.she corrected the mistakes and submitted it again and since then I've been calling them time on time to check the proceedings but the keep telling me to have patient.i called again yesterday and I was told there is another error again, which they couldn't even specify the kind of mistake again, and that my wife should come there before they tell her.my question is, don't they go through every document submitted by applicants be collecting? and they don't even have time to listen to our worries when we call.they are unnecessarily delaying our applications.so please sir I suggest in investigate this and many more issues of such in their office,am ever ready to testify to this.thanks

VISITORS VISA for 11 day CRUISE for my wife

I am an U.S. Citizen & know I dont need a visitors Visa for a short visit. But my wife for over FIVE (5) plus years is a Ghanaian & I know she will (MUST) get a VISITORS VISA for this 11 day cruise that leaves from Rome, Italy & ends in Barcelona, Spain. Ijust saw my real birth certificate the oldest type. But the one am using is not the correct date. So i want to change it what am i suppose to do.am in italy.
